Themed Party Room

Party is 2 hours long - (1 hour 20 mins play and 40 mins in the party room)

Jugs of squash and water is provided during play.  Reserved seating area.

Room 3 has the facility to play your own music from your phone and can be themed to anything your child would like.

Catered or Self-Catering options.

Minimum numbers are 10 children for all parties.

Maximum numbers:  Themed Room 3 - max 35

Room 1 is a decorated traditional party room. There is no music in the room but you are welcome to bring in your own battery operated appliance.

Cost £60.00 for the hire.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in">NERF WARS – Recommended age 8+. Hire an unlimited number of Nerf Jolt guns and safety glasses at £1.20 a set. Provided they are single fire children can use their own guns. Bullets are £6.00 per hundred and at the end of the evening you can collect them  up and take them home. There is a charge of £10.00 per gun/glasses not returned.</p> <p>DISCO ROOM - £25.00</p> <p>You will pay a £10 non refundable holding deposit which will go towards the 50% deposit we usually ask for.  Someone from the office will phone you within 72 hours (excluding weekends) to go through your party details and  a payment must be made at that stage to secure the booking completely, please make sure you have the funds to do so.   The balance is due one week before the event.  You can pay in full if you wish. </p> <p>There are no refunds for cancellations.</p> <p>You can bring in your own snacks and drinks (dont forget plates and cups) but we do ask you to take your rubbish home.  There will be a charge of £20 for disposal of any rubbish left on site.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in">Activity World is recognised for providing cost effective private hires which are brilliant for schools, organisations charities, birthdays, special event get-togethers, charity events and even business team building. As you have sole use of the place it is perfect for creating a totally safe environment where everyone can let off steam and relax. There is no height limit or age restriction but we do restrict numbers to a maximum of 150, including adults. The staff supervise the drop slide and tangle tower but adult supervision is required for the rest of the frame. We open the café for drinks and snacks and if booked in advance we discount the price on every pizza by £1.00. You can book for optional extras, so you can play Nerf Wars, Laser or have use of the disco.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in">Flexible start times are available during school term weekdays before 3pm which are perfect for schools, colleges, team building etc., so if you have any special requirements, would like to book or simply for more information please do not hesitate to get in touch.</p>
